Shipping & Handling

 

Please allow up to 15 business days processing time (excluding weekends and holidays). The processing time will be influenced by the volume of orders received and high order volumes may result in delays.

 

Shipping within Nigeria will take up to 1-2 days (after processing time). Shipping outside of Nigeria will take 2-10 business days.

 

Return Policy

 

Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective or damaged. Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours within Nigeria and within 7 days outside of Nigeria. Returns and exchanges are for store credit only.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nishocollections.com or send us a direct message on Instagram (@nishocollections) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
